As one of Calgary's leading cosmetic dentists, Dr. Douglas Galan has mastered the art of cosmetic dentistry and continues to perfect his craft with countless hours of continuing education courses. After graduating from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Dentistry in 1985, Dr. Galan received a Master of Science degree from the University of London (England). Following graduate school, Dr Galan taught part-time at the University of Manitoba and maintained a private practice in Winnipeg until moving with his family to Calgary in 2001, where he established his flourishing Calgary Cosmetic Dental practice.
Dr. Galan is highly trained and experienced in all areas of cosmetic dentistry; with advanced training in nitrous oxide sedation, implant dentistry, and special care dentistry. This allows him to provide an expanded range of dental services to his patients. In addition to his high level of expertise and training, Dr. Galan has written many articles for dental journals and has lectured nationally and internationally on various dental topics. |
